Every chef needs a quality knife, and none are better than those made by Fred Carpenter and Tom Davenport at Cape Cod Cutlery in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Cape Cod Cutlery began in 2014 when Fred and Tom started selling their knives at local craft fairs. The business has grown considerably since then, now producing as many as one thousand knives each year. Made to order, these knives are functional pieces of art, made from high quality steel and exotic hardwoods. The materials are combined in different ways, resulting in unique color palettes, textures, and designs. In addition to several kitchen knife varieties, they offer specialty knives for hunting and oyster shucking.

You can order your custom Cape Cod Cutlery knives on their website or at retail outlets across Cape Cod.
